Wedding invitation art for pals Carrie & Darryl's wedding in 2008. both are brilliant artists (Darryl is a fine woodworker, hence the woodgrain; Carrie is a great graphic designer, represented by the commercial, graphic quality of the image) & share a love of Brancusi (both felt like Brancusi's "The Kiss" was a romantic landmark for them). 3 rubber stamps were made & Darryl found some discarded linen cardstock in a defunct printer's dumpster. More than 100 invites were cut, scored & stamped by hand. Carrie chose 2 shades of pale blue & ochre for the final product.
